The hotel has a fabulous location close to Bournemouth town center and the beach, with extremely helpful staff. However, navigating with luggage to the 3rd floor due to the non-functional lift can be a challenge at times. The rooms are small but provide a fair price for the stay.

The room I stayed in was on the 3rd floor, and though it was small, it offered a very fair price. Unfortunately, the lift was out of service, so I had to carry my luggage up myself, even though the staff kindly offered to help. Despite the size, it was comfortable for the night.

The service by the Scottish Receptionist was friendly and very helpful at first, but I had a disappointing experience when dealing with a rude phone call. It did affect my overall impression.

I couldn't fault the location of the hotel; it was ideal for reaching everywhere easily, and the staff even assisted in finding parking. The slight hill from the beach to the hotel was manageable, taking less than 3 minutes to walk, making the overall location brilliant.

The dining experience, although it was not included in the booking and cost extra, was great to start the day with energy. The quality of the food was premium and left me with very little to dislike about the place.

The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to the International Centre and a short walk downhill to the beach and pier. The rooms, despite being somewhat small, are kept clean and tidy with really helpful staff. The dining is good but comes at an extra cost, adding a bit to the overall value. The proximity to the cliff top views is a major plus.
